Beginners welcome! Come enjoy 1 or 2 hours (second hour optional) of guided meditation with Sean McNamara over ZOOM. We’ll all start together at 10:00 am, then take a break at 11:00am. Those who want to may leave at the point, and everyone else will stay for a second meditation period with Q&A at the end.

The focus for this session is to cultivate mental peace and quietude. There will be some time for Q&A at the end. Please join the Zoom on time because Sean will not be able to monitor late arrivals in the Zoom waiting room after meditation has begun.

The Zoom link will be sent to you (via the email address you provide for payment) the day before the event. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or cancellations less than 48 hours before the start only. To request a refund, please use the Contact page.
